Fender American Professional Jazzmaster - Mystic Seafoam Used - 2016

American Professional

Our Perspective:
This beautiful - unplayed Jazzmaster just came in on consignment from the original owner. He never played it, it still has the plastic on the pickguard. His favorite axe of choice is a Strat. His loss your gain! Comes with the original case and paper work.

Consignment Sale, as such, All Sales Final!!

Weight - 8 lbs. 1 oz.

Originally intended for sophisticated jazz guitarists, the Jazzmaster was quickly embraced by musicians attracted to its left-of-center looks and fat sound. A direct descendent of the guitar that powered underground music from the late-'60s to today, the American Professional Jazzmaster is ready to lend its unique sound to your playing.

  • Two Michael Frank-designed single-coil Jazzmaster pickups
  • Jazzmaster tremolo bridge with brass Mustang saddles and screw-in arm
  • New modern "Deep C”-shaped neck profile
  • Bone nut; 22 narrow-tall frets for easier bending
  • Treble bleed circuit maintains highs when reducing volume
  • Includes Elite Molded hardshell case

V-Mod Jazzmaster pickups are voiced specifically for their positions, overwound for hotter tone with the vintage warmth and clarity that made Fender a legend.

Designed for comfort and speed, the new American Professional “Deep C” neck profile sports more substantial shoulders. The increased mass and altered geometry creates a more natural feel that’s perfect for chord and single-note playing alike.

Narrow-tall frets are taller and narrower than their medium jumbo cousins, making them especially effective for bending notes and playing chords up the neck with perfect intonation.

Engineered for ultra-stable performance, the American Professional Jazzmaster bridge features brass Mustang saddles and a screw-in arm. The new saddles keep the strings where they belong, even when the bridge is pummeled, while the new arm lets you dial-in the arm tension that’s perfect for you.

The treble-bleed circuit maintains the high end when turning down the volume knob to reduce gain, letting your tone shine through, no matter where the instrument’s volume is set.

An original-era Fender design element, a bone nut contributes to superior tone and performance. Many players consider bone nuts to be more “organic” sounding.

Fender American Special Stratocaster - 2-Tone Sunburst - 2010

American Special

Our Perspective:
This beautiful 2010 American Special Strat just came in from the original owner - he purchased it right here at George’s Music Center when we were the local Fender dealer. The tremolo arm was never even installed (Tremolo Arm included) - this guitar has seen very little play time. Theres one small dent in the finish on the front, which we couldn’t even capture in the pictures. We added a brand new hardshell case, to insure a safe arrival to the new owner. All the paper work is present as well. This guitar will not disappoint!!

From Fenders Website:
The American Special Stratocaster puts U.S-made Fender quality into the hands of players at any level. For the guitarist who wants a combination of timeless Fender style and contemporary features, this guitar delivers traditional Strat® design with some extra elements for modern tone and performance, including Texas Special™ pickups and special circuitry, modern neck profile and fingerboard radius, and more. Great sounding, great looking and feeling, and made in the United States.

  • Alder Body
  • Maple Neck
  • "C" Neck Profile
  • “Large" Headstock
  • 9.5"-radius
  • Maple Fingerboard
  • 22 jumbo Frets
  • Three Texas Special™ Single-Coil Stratocaster Pickups
  • Five-Way Pickup Switch
  • Greasebucket™ Tone Circuit (rolls off highs without adding bass)
  • Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo Bridge

The vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge on this American Special Stratocaster imparts classic style and tone, with narrower saddles that allow more comfortable string spacing.

The tone-control electronics in this American Special guitar include Fender’s Greasebucket tone circuit. When dialing down the tone knobs, this circuitry rolls off high end without creating additional emphasis on bass. That keeps the tone from getting muddy, and it helps create sparkling clean tone and great overdriven sounds too.

The shiny gloss urethane finish on American Special instruments imparts a beautifully glassy sheen and especially vivid color in a highly durable coating that effectively resists the ravages of weather, aging and fading.

The largest of the fret sizes, jumbo frets are tall and wide, which lets you get a better grip on the strings, enabling more control over them and making bends and vibrato easier. A good choice for players with larger hands and thicker fingers.

American Special guitars feature a modern neck designed for comfort and performance, with a contemporary "C"-shaped profile (the shape of the neck in cross section) and a smooth satin finish. Ideal for those who play with the thumb on the back or side of the neck.

Single-coil Texas Special pickups are over-wound for big Texas-blues tone with dynamically scorching output. With alnico 5 magnets, enamel-coated magnet wire and staggered pole pieces for balanced output across each string, they sing, scream and everything in between with tight bass, focused midrange and crystalline highs.

Fender American Standard Stratocaster - Ocean Turquoise Metallic - 1999

American Standard

Our Perspective:
This Mint condition 1999 American Standard just came in from the original owner - it was not played very much, as he was an acoustic player that played mostly in church on Sundays. He purchased this guitar to play in church as well, but decided after a few times of use - it wasn’t for him. The guitar sat in its case for the last 18 years until he just brought it in to sell - it comes with the original case, Tremolo Arm, Strap and paper work. This is basically a brand new guitar..

Consignment Sale, as such, ALL SALES FINAL!!

Weight - 7 lbs. 14 oz.

This guitar features the “Delta Tone” circuit from Fender, explanation below. It sports the standard fair for an American Standard Stratocaster.

  • Model - American Standard stratocater
  • Serial # - N9377464
  • Color - Ocean Turquoise Metallic
  • Body Wood - Alder
  • Neck - Maple
  • Fingerboard - Rosewood
  • Tuners - American Standard
  • Bridge - American Standard
  • Pickups - Armerican Standard - Hot Bridge Pickup
  • Strap Buttons - Schaller
  • Case - OHSC

Here’s what Fender says about the Delta Tone system:
The Delta Tone wiring features a no-load tone control for the middle and bridge pickups, great for producing just a bit more midrange and hotter output from the Stratocaster. The no-load tone pot works like a standard tone knob from positions 1-9, but at 10, it is removed from the wiring completely so that you get the full, unadulterated sonic output of your pickup. It means more output and more treble without using a booster pedal or active controls.
