Privacy Policy

We do not share your information with anyone outside of our company. All information collected will only be used to process you order and correspond with you about your purchases. We will also add you to our mailing list, but you can choose to not receive our email, by hitting the unsubscribe button upon receiving your first email.

 

Return Policy

No returns are accepted. This is handled on a case by case basis. Please call and ask for George for any potential returned items. If you receive an item that does not function as it should, it will be handled through warranty service. We will assist you through the process. If an item is accepted for return, you will be issued a store credit only. And only if that item is returned to us in the same condition as we sent it out in and has all items including packing material. Shipping and payment processing fees will be deducted from your store credit. No cash or credit will be given on a return, you will receive store credit only. If we do agree to a return, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

 

48 hour approval time on boutique guitars and basses.

Please call and ask for George before you place an order. There will be no restocking fee on 48 hour approval sales. You will be issued a full credit of your purchase price minus shipping fees and payment processing fees. The refund will be issued once we receive the instrument back,including any paper-work, case and packing material and it is inspected to be in the same condition as sent. Return shipping is your responsibility, you must insure the item for full value and ship it with signature required and return tracking info emailed to us.

 

Cancellation Policy

Special orders, especially custom order instruments, are not cancelable.  If we can cancel the order, your deposit is forfeited.
